It's unfair when Landlords collect legal agreement fees from tenants and fail to give their tenant a written Tenancy Agreement.

Ours laws have to change in a way that will make it compulsory for Landlords to give written Tenancy Agreement to their Tenants.

Until then, it's up to you as a tenant to demand for a written tenancy agreement as long as you've paid for it before you take possession of your rented property.

It's also in your interest as a Landlord to have a written tenancy agreement with your Landlord, to safeguard your real estate investment.

Let's start doing the right things for a better society.
