Our client in real estate needs the service of a sales manager.

Job Location: Lagos State


SALES Representatives

The right candidates will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :


Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Generation of Sales leads.

Meeting & exceeding sales goals
.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.


Visiting prospects and potential clients to evaluate needs

promote brand products and services.

Maintaining client records.

Attend to client inquiry on brand , products, prices, etc



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
Experience in sales.with 4-5 years experience an added advantage.

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
.
Commitment to excellent customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Superb interpersonal skills

Ability to quickly build rapport with customers

Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.

Previous experience in sales role an added advantage.
