Unfortunately that is not possible as Ukraine is not a nato member, even if she was or eventually becomes one, article 5 of the northern Atlantic treaty organisation can not be activate for a country as strong and influencial as Russia as this may leads to avoidable deaths In hundreds of millions. Russia operation in Ukraine is justified, if you feel otherwise look up "Cuba missile crisis" and get enlighten.

As recent as March this year, India that is not in an active war with Pakistan fired a missile into Pakistan killing people inside Pakistan. So if India that is not fighting war with Pakistan accidentally fired just one, imagine how many Ukraine could have fired into Poland in error after more than 7 months of gruelling war with a world super power like Russia. Mistakes probability is much higher as the war lingers. Russia has made their own too
