I got this 200l thermocool freezer from festac showroom
as of last week but I noticed after few days of used the bottom of the freezer doesn't ice just uppermost part,
plus it defrost easily turning to water after few hours why light is out.

what should I do? because I called them and they said it's under warranty that they will send a repair man to check it out, but I feel it's to early for that probably they sold me a faulty freezer, the question is can I return it and ask for a replacement asap.
