If you invest public funds in a business in which you have interest it is misappropriation of public funds. Most countries will send him to jail for it, a few ones will have him executed.
Most of you just come online to sound off on the limited understanding of government that you have.
It is only in a country like Nigeria where someone like Obi will go scot free for what he did.

Go back and listen again, show me where in the law, and read again, then come back, because I know there is provision to invest, if it’s in the interest of the state, he didn’t take a dime, the money, the gains, profits, loss is all clear to the state government, he didn’t invest in his name but the anambra state government name.

I know that Ohaneze was deliberately delaying their endorsement so that Peter Obi affair won’t be like an Igbo affair.

That’s why Afenifere went to the news first, then MiddleBelt Forum followed suit and now the entire Southern and Middle Belt Forum has endorsed Obi.
