The 3rd Oba of the Yoruba community in the. capital city of Awka in Anambra State has been coronated.

We learnt that the newly crowned Oba, Alhaji Abdul Olahan who is 68 years old now was only 2yrs old when he was brought to Awka by his late parents , Alhaja Afusat Olahan, (mother) and Hamzah Olahan (father) .

Both parents hailed from Ede in Osun state.

He was brought to join his late father in his tailoring business. The Oba later continued in his father's line of business to which he added estate consultancy.

The new Oba who goes by the title, Ezechinedu meaning a king led by God recieved Governor Soludo's blessings and speaking at the occasion of his coronation, he assured the Governor and Anambra people that the Yoruba community in the state would remain peace-loving and law-abiding.
