Ganduje: Kwankwaso Can’t Match Pro-Tinubu Rally In Kano by OddsDoc(f): 11:04pm On Nov 21, 2022
Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State said the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, Rabiu Kwankwaso can not match pro-Asiwaju Bola Tinubu rally, the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC in Kano.

Ganduje made this assertion while speaking in an interview with Channels Television’s Politics Today on Monday.

The Kano state governor challenged Kwankwaso, his predecessor to hold a rally in the state to test his popularity.

Ganduje defended the large turnout of supporters for Tinubu in the state earlier in the day.

He said, “Kwankwaso is a presidential candidate, there is no doubt about that. But equally, we are on the ground and many of his people are now in our political party,” he said.

“So, if Kwankwaso thinks that he can win the party, let him hold a march like this and compare what will happen if he can do so.”

On the possibility of his party losing ground to another of his predecessors turned political rivals, Ibrahim Shekarau, Ganduje questioned the political relevancy of the former Minister of Education over his switching of allegiance.

He said, “Pertaining to Shekarau, we won our election without Shekarau. Later, we invited him into our party and he decided to leave the party to Kwankwaso’s party.

“Later on, he left that party to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) where he was originally. So, you can see that these are nomads in politics. You expect that people who run from one party to another will lose followers.

“Once you change your political party, you cannot carry everybody to where you want to go. You will leave some followers. He left a majority of his followers in APC and then he left others in NNPP. He then left many there. Where he is now, well, we will live to see,” he said.

Kwankwaso is a cancer to APC and PDP in Northwest

His is most influential politician in Northwest after Buhari know Kwankwaso is contesting now onlike in 2019 he was supporting Atiku and Buhari not on the ballot I only sympathize with APC and PDP in NW

I watched some clips of Thieffnubuu's rally in Delta state and could observe the embarrassment felt by some of his party member's including Shettima.

Baba Blue should just enjoy the campaign and console himself as the best he will ever get is being recognized as a 'presidential aspirant in the 2023 general elections'.

We know what is on ground already, the APC will win this election and most of the people complaining about the APC and it choice of Muslim Muslim ticket never voted for buhari in 2019. The northern christians were never supporters of the APC right from time but just a few number of them did. The only party that could give APC a run for her money and power is the PDP but as you all can see the PDP is not a United house and Atiku is mostly surrounded by some inconsequential politicians such as Dino, saraki and timi Frank. The only strong men he has in his camp are tambuwal and udom. As for obaseki I don't think he may be able to deliver Edo to his party, that's the reality on ground.

If you want to see a criminal and Dictator like Ganduje permanently retired from politics, then dont vote Tinubu, Otherwise in Tinubu Government, this man will be a Top Minister.

Obi is light years better by every yard stick to the other contestants, Just imagine rather than the usual Stealing allegations, What we are hearing is complaints that he saved 85 Billion Naira(honestly an equivalent of over 300 Billion at todays exchange rate) or he is too stingy, on the other thread a commenter was arguing seriously about how Peter Obi could have remember that he played football with Peter Odilli and he shouldnt be voted for based on this.

Nigerians have simply because of Tribalism forgotten that we are a country of dangerously corrupt officials who are out there to literally eat you alive whether you are related to them or not.

Peter Obi could have simply not moved forward beyond the PDP Primaries and this country would have already moved into a pathway to darkness because of greedy politicians who would rather sink this country for their selfish reason. Let no one deceive you, Tribalism is as dangerous as Corruption, Marginalization of any section especially a major section of our country is guaranteed path to our destruction. You may not like it but rotation of presidency between the zones is very important to our stability as a nation. Anyone trying to convince otherwise has sold their conscience.

In true spirit of One Nigeria, and the belief that NO one tribe in this United project is a Slave to another, We should all be supporting Peter Obi. If these other political were bringing out really outstanding contestants people like Amina Mohammed, or Adesina of AFDB Bank or Okonjo Iweala, then we can maybe think about it as whether it is worth it that a major Nigerian Tribe is being left out of the presidential contest but instead imagine the kind of Presidential Aspirants these people expect us to sell our conscience for. If truly BAT wins this election which is very unlikely the turn can only back to the south in 16years, this is going to be 16 years of tribal insurgency and restiveness coming from disenfranchised youths from that region, all so that a person with a resume like BAT can be president?

The screams of marginalisation and Bigotism against the igbos by their people is killing the morale of the Nigerian Project, tearing our acountry apart, chasing away Foreign Investments and giving this country an Overall Bad Outlook.

No single person who considers theirself a Child of God, or a Good Person who believes in fairness and Equity should be cheering or enabling any one or group who is behind this Marginalization of a Major tribe of our Country. We have to move beyond the history of the Civil War so this country can heal and an Igbo president is a good way to do that. Dont make your decision based on insult online posters because you want to purnish them. If the fact that Obi is a young, corrupt free prudent manager of money is not good enough for you, then vote him because of your that nice igbo neighbor, or customer or childhood friend or teacher or that Igbo policeman at the round about under rain and under sun, let them know that we are all in this together,

The fact that Obi is still running leaves the door of the possibility to right this wrong open, knowing he is a Prudent, Humble and genuinely good person is an additional icing on the cake.

This country is our only home, dont let Greedy politicians steal your conscience for a piece of cake.

God Bless us all
