This is a graduating class from a university in Scotland and the class is nearly all Nigerians. They underfund your universities but take your resources to fund universities abroad. They are proud of it and request you celebrate the graduation of the kids with them on social media. They know you enjoy being in a chain. When election come they buy your little brain, we sweep the street for them, we insult ourselves on their behalf and even throw punches while their kids are abroad schooling and networking. Yes, Buhari will be gone in 6 months and will be celebrated for dealing with ASUU on your behalf and making our public universities world-class

In my lil sis school in the U.S, over 80% of her colleagues are Nigerians.

This is something our youth who are graduates in tech/engineering of different cadres (tech schools, trade centres, polytechnics and universities) should consider. I know a man who graduated from Yaba tech and went to train in plumbing. He's in the Middle East reaping bountifully. Another is in the UK. Also one OND holder while on IT with an oil servicing company got trained in specialised welding and is reaping well.

University education is just the beginning. Skills acquisition doubles the chances of growth. That's why an accounting graduate still needs to take professional exams to be more knowledgeable and useful to society. Without practical skills infused, education is limited.

I'm a certified mariner with maritime passport.

But na money E GO COST.

Many of the whites cannot pay their school loans and in USA Biden is using them to hang unto power by offering them a flat $10,000 repayment waiver. That tell us education is expensive everywhere.

They understand that enterpreneurship is the way forward than working for some company.
Even in Nigeria, enterpreneurs make good money. Where I used to stay in Lagos, the akara woman has a clean camry that her son drives. Proceeds from the akara business that people queue up to buy. Or should I talk about a boy I use to send message then that is a painter. This boy built a house from painting. He became so professional that he supplies wholesale paint, paints storey buildings, installs wallpapers with over 3 boys working for him. Man, one may have to rethink this university thing if wearing suit no be your thing.

We Nigerians are very intelligent and resourceful, we just don't know how to use it...

Just a few “wearing suits” jobs dey make sense these days like doctor and lawyer and a very few others.
The rest of the pepper dey inside “blue-collar” jobs!
In fact, IT boys sef have created their own levels as in “short knickers and t-shirts” boys!
You will be shocked to hear how much a “mixologist” (aka bartender) makes EVERY NIGHT making cocktails in a bar wearing black shirt and black trousers.
The training and certification is even less than 6-months! Adding the tips the guy earns pass doctors!!!!!!

100% true, Africans are the ones packing all the degrees abroad.

Even after earning their degrees abroad they still feel you are not knowledgeable enough

You dey learn. Nigerians go to community colleges in US and Canada for two months diploma just so they can get the chance to work their way into staying back.

I notice this too , majority of them do not attend college and still get a good paying job than doctors here in Nigeria
