You are right. Seems Makinde is making a foolhardy of himself. How will he win governorship of PDP rep and senatorial candidates fails in the first week. His support for Tinubu will affect them thereby reducing his own chances further.

He's into oil business and where does oil business booms the most except you're a marketer? Should he now move all his investments into Ibadan because he's the governor?

He ought to learn from history. Lam Adesina, Nisi Akande supported Obasanjos 2nd term ambition. The presidential election came When Obasanjo won he transferred support to PDP candidates Rasidi Ladoja and Oyinlola respectively. He used and dumped Lam and Akande. Makinde should learn.
