Vacant Position:
Farm Supervisor/Extensionist

Main Job Locations: Ilaro-Ijoun-Imeko Axis

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervising Farm activities from pre-planting to post harvest

Managing crop aggregation and storage
Working as agricultural extensionist with smallholder Farmers in different cluster

Writing farm activities report and Data collection

Main Requirements:

1. Good knowledge and experience in land cultivation and copping including: grains crop, vegetables and fruits. The knowledge of animal husbandry is an added advantage.

2. A good knowledge android phone usage to capture clear images, sounds, and communicate effectively.

3. Basic knowledge of Computer, word processing & GPS is an added advantage.

4. Ability to communicate in English and Yoruba fluently. Other Nigeria language’s is an added advantage.

5. Good knowledge of Ogun West (Yewa/Awori) agrarian communities is an added advantage.

Qualifications
1. An accredited higher education certificate. E.g BSc, HND, OND, NCE in agricultural related discipline. Non-Agricultural discipline with good Agricultural Knowledge is can be considered

2. Applicants must have O’level credits in English & Maths in addition to any higher education qualification.
