Bricklayer #110,000
Cements for the plastered work 52 bags @2,000 = #104,000

[/quote]

@Trust101

the Bricklayer labour, is that for outside and inside wall plastering?

and is that the total number of cements, you will use for the outside plastering?

The #110,000 is just for outside and the cements too.

May God provide for you more. So, you need swimming pool and nice landscape design since you have a lot of space left in the compound.
Are you building this on 2 plots or one? the remaining space I am seeing in the compound is huge.

Please sir, those pipes are hideous. Please ask your builders to crack the walls and have them tucked in.

Thank you for your observation,i don't want any pipe inside the wall and that's why i asked for it to be place outside but what you are seeing is just temporarily place because my carpenter did that for the water to run thru it and when is final place correctly all the pipes would be covered with pillar design.
Thank.
It makes a lot of sense, keep up the good job. If I may ask, why don't you want the pipes inside the walls.
