A video clip making the rounds have shown the moment a handful of angry Cameroon fans stormed and attacked a house.

Fans on social media have claimed that irate fans attacked the family house of Breel Embolo following his goal against Cameroon in the FIFA World Cup.

Born in Yaounde, Cameroon, Embolo went on to play professional football for Switzerland, and he helped his European nation beat his country of birth.

Heading into the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the Indomitable Lions said they are going into the global showpiece to win the title.

But they started on a losing note, with the goal coming from one of their own, but for the opposing side.

After a goalless first half, Embolo struck from close range just three minutes into the second half, and that goal was enough to hand Switzerland a 1-0 win over Cameroon.
