The one drug that is virtually GUARANTEED to trigger violent behavior in at least 50% of addicts, is alcohol. While alcohol is legal to buy and consume in most societies, that firewater is the direct cause of deaths from overdoses, fights, car crashes and sundry other acts of buffoonery. Cannabis on the other hand tends to have a sedative effect that calms users down and makes them avoid confrontation. In summary the entire premise of the OP's question seeking to link cannabis use with temper issues, does not pass the plausibility test. |

DSC7: Cigarettes are extremely poisonous and they cause several different deadly cancers. Drugs such as cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, PCP, and other opiates can KILL on the first ever doseage, and so should be avoided. Alcohol can kill by overdose very easily. A lethal dose of alcohol can easily be consumed in the space of 30 minutes, after which the drinker could keel over and die. Marijuana is the ONLY safe drug a human being can ingest, and it also has numerous medical applications that save lives. All drugs are NOT equally dangerous, as you seem to imply. 1 Like |
