The arc of moral universe, though long, but of certainty bends towards justice

Up until now, more and more bags of decaying old naira notes are still being hurled into our banks for deposit, in lieu of the released new naira notes.

The question sane minds are asking is, how could citizens starve our banks this huge amount of money, and prevent this money from going into circulation?.

A closer look at the bags, the style of packaging and arrangement shows this money belongs to an individual, now question is, what's the type of business the individual is doing and why is he/she avoiding banks all this while?.
We all know that CBN banking policy prohibition on large sum movement that's above 5million.
When funds are saved and routed through the bank, illegal and illicit funds are easily monitored by EFCC. So avoiding banks is a prove that this is illegal money that's now decaying. Maybe contract kick backs, or ransom for kidnapped citizens.
We were expecting EFCC and ICPC to have made some arrests and flag accounts receiving irregular large sum lodgement.

Why is black man wicked and evil?. This decaying fund could have saved lives and eradicate hunger in some households.

What's the gaurrantee and assurance that new naira notes won't be stolen and hidden away, and allowed to suffer same date of decaying like the old naira notes?

Should we make it a law that our currency undergo changes every 4 or 8yrs, so that everyone new administration print new currency, in case outgoing administration hide money, it becomes invalid. Will it stop more stealing?.

How do we stop our new currency from going through same fate as the old notes?
