Not even close to Americans! From a kidnapper suing his victims for failing to help him escape the authorities to people suing for being misled that a sugary snack has a lot of sugar, to suing for being burned by a hot McDonald’s coffee, getting awarded $2.9 million... to parents suing their children for not moving out...we don't even utilize the courts here because they don't work! Only serious issues go to court in Nigeria 109 Likes 7 Shares |

Nigerians not litigious. Americans who would "sue your a*se" at least infringement should be the most litigious people. However, Nigerian politicians are most litigious people because their lawyers who want their share of their loot would always assure that there is a loophole to explore. If Nigerians were litigious, public power supply companies, manufacturers, Nigerian Police, etc would have had their full in court. Nigerians take any sh*t that is thrown at them. Besides, person wey never chop dey sue person. 138 Likes 10 Shares |

Isn't the court a conflict resolution arena? Anyone should feel free to use what ever medium he or she finds best to resolve conflict.... 12 Likes |

We have said it repeatedly that ordinarily, most appeals should be allowed to end at the Court of Appeal, but such constitutional provision is yet to be enacted. Many things in our constitution are flawed. The progress of our nation begins with our constitution being looked into. Oan, What about we having 3 regional heads and we move on from there?! Atiku should head the Northern part of the country. Tinubu should head the Western Part and Obi heading the Eastern part and we see who performs better in their respective regions. #JustThinkingOutLoud Naija matter no go tire us o..... As it should be. Or should they start fighting and killing themselves over every little disagreement? Besides, this would put food on the table for many lawyers across the country. So it should be encouraged. 4 Likes |

The Court should find a way of adjudicating on such simple matters in a simple , fast and efficient ways. If possible...magistrate to high court to Appeal court and supreme court ..in 2days max na . Since they are simple matters 5 Likes |
