He is ignorant in the sense that he didnt know that theres something called PRIVACY when data sites want to be protected, this site just like INEC WEB PORTAL uses the same privacy hosting and in the end all the information he provided are misleading, the same thing he did when the NPOWER came online so that people from the north to be precise started saying it wasnt what it was. The TEXT messages he also said were targeted, were also normal messages like those of INEC to create awareness. do not fall for his ignorance.
