As it is well known that All parliamentary activities should be discussed and agreed upon before actions are taken, It's so disheartening the Rt Hon Speaker Temitope Ezekiel Joseph has singlehandedly Sent Out letters of financial support to individuals and Political bigwigs without carrying the whole Parliament and the Principal officers along, which makes the general public tagged the Parliament and the whole Honorables as money mongers who are after resources and treasures.

The Parliament Speaker has hence been running the Affairs of the Parliament as a one Man show business which is against the ethics and Conduct of the Parliament.

In accordance with Section 3 subsection 2c of the constitution of our parliament which states that "the deputy speaker shall be the planning committee chairman of the parliament event and activities"; your recent actions viz-a-viz the appointment of Hon. Julius Opeyemi Kayode does not only undermine the office of the deputy speaker but also a direct affront on our constitution.

In view of your continuous breach of our constitution which corroborate abuse of office;

We the Principal Officers of the Southwest Youth parliament with signature undersigned demand an explanation as to why decisions should be made for the Parliamentarian without the Principal Officers withing the next 72 hours and Failure to do so will amount to Suspension of your Office as the Speaker of the Parliament which will be made available to the Press and General Populace.
