ARE THESE PPL FOR REAL?

BY NDAHI MARAMA

MAIDUGUR I -THE Yusifiyya movement popularly known as Boko Haram, Saturday, said that the reasons why they attacked the United Nations building in Abuja is because United States and the UN were supporting the Federal government of Nigeria in persecuting Muslims all over the country.

One Abu Kakah, who spoke on behalf of the spokesman of the group, Abu Zaid while addressing newsmen in Maiduguri via the telephone said they considered the United States , the UN and the Nigeria government as a common enemy and such they would continue to attack them because they are infringing on the right of the muslims.

Abu Kakah accused the federal government of insincerity in dialoguing with them saying the only condition they can accept to dialogue with the federal government is unconditional release of all their members whom he said are in prisons all over the country.

When will people open their eyes to see that the boko haram violence has NOTHING to do with religion? The Northern elite sponsoring these events are displeased with GEJ's second tenure and they are determined to make the country as ungovernable as possible. Second, the northen elite have always assumed power is their birthright and they feel offended seeing that power slipping from them. This has nothing to do with islam rather the puppeteers are using islamic fanactics as pawns in the political chess game. Think about it. . . First it was sharia law, boko haram followed by islamic banking. There is more to this than the eye can see and I believe the reason why GEJ hasn't taken any drastic steps is because he knows those behind this (even the layman on the street can fix the puzzle if they reason rationally).

@toaskarity, I'd heard myself quite right. If you had been paying attention, you would have observed that the violence skyrocketed immediately GEJ was declared "winner" of the presidential elections. Do I need to spell it out to you or are you really block headed?

Solution to this nonsense is GEJ should be un-seated and US should intervene on the FG behave and flush them out. This is day light terrorism and another al-quada
