The essence of making or redesigning the Naira notes will be achieved. It was a way to strengthen the Naira by forcing those hoarding money to bring it out into circulation.
Much wasn't spent on d redesigning. It was just a way of forcing more money into circulation.

I believe Mr. Adesina , Keyamo, etc should apply decorum and finese when addressing the public, remember they are speaking for the president.

A spokesperson should be skillful, tactful and employ some diplomatic maneuvering when addressing the public.
