pro-business political party, led by Russia’s third richest man, on Friday criticised the presidency for becoming an all-powerful monarchy.

This comes as it set out to woo disgruntled middle class voters ahead of December’s parliamentary election.

The Right Cause party, headed by billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, also called for more powers for the Duma lower house of parliament, as it published its manifesto for the looming poll.
