There has been significant shift in direction since around 2014 to when Buhari took over in the economy, these days people are beginning to fancy the real sectors of the economy (agric, industry) and these are the money spinners.

Besides, Nigeria is trying to outgrow Lagos economically, you see other places and regions springing up with different projects.
