With all the noise by supporters of some presidential candidates, Lagos state has continued to retain its top position as one of the top 10 safest states in Nigeria. This is a state hosting more than 20 million residents and a city with the 3rd largest economy in Africa. However, for political expediency, some want Nigerians to believe Lagos is a den of touts (and agberos). Most of these people are from states at the bottom of the chart, yet, they call Tinubu a leader of agbero.
