Desire to impact on my constituency began on 20th September, 2019 when I distributed 100 computers for schools on the average of 5 computer per selected school across Kogi central. The schools that benefitted were:

From 17th to 27th of August 2020, Senator Yakubu Oseni facilitated ten days training of 150 youths drawn across Kogi Central. Also training of Artisan on digital economy by NITDA. The participants were given IPAD, Start-up kit containing phones repair equipment and computers as well as a token of N10,000 each to get them fully empowered.

Senator Oseni distributed instructional materials to schools on 23rd December, 2020. Below are nam schools that benefitted:

Senator Yakubu Oseni once again on 28th to 29th November, 2020 trained more Kogi Central women on various vocational skills.

Senator Yakubu Oseni had on 11th to 13th November, 2020 facilitated the training of 500 women on Soap making, Detol, Air freshener and Vaseline making.

On 20th October 2021 Senator empowered market women and Youths drawn from Adavi and Okene LGA

13th November, 2021 Senator Yakubu Oseni empowered 300 market women and Youths of Ogori/Magongo LGA

On the 3rd December, 2021 Senator Yakubu Oseni distributed Tricycle to empower the youth to enhance transportation in Kogi State

200 Adavi farmers were trained on seedlings from Dec. 17th to 19th 2021. At the end of the training, they were empowered with the following seeds: okra, tomato, pepper, bean, maize etc

From 20th to 24th December, 2021 he facilitated 5 days training of 70 Youths on ICT by Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy drawn across Kogi Central.

Over 800 women and Youths drawn from Okehi, Adavi and Ogori Magongo were empowered on 21st December, 2021

On 21st December, 2021 Senator Yakubu Oseni distributed two trucks of rice for Kogi Central Christians to celebrate Christmas. This is an annual tradition. In the same vein, party Excos were not left out.

On 22nd December, 2021 youth and women numbering over 800 were drawn from Okene and Ajaokuta LGA and were empowered by the peoples senator.

Fom 10th to 14th January, 2022 Senator Oseni facilitated the training of 50 youths on capacity development program and artisan and under-served youth on digital literacy and GSM phone repairs. He distributed, IPAD, kits for phone and computer repair alongside start off funds was also given

From 16th to 20th December, 2021. Senator Yakubu Oseni trained some sets of women and Youths on Catering Service and Shoe making and empowered them with the following s: Women: Micro-oven, Mixer and start up capital and Youths with Shoe-making kit, Filling machine and startup capital.

Senator Yakubu Oseni also empowered constituents with numbers of Motorcycles, Grinding Machine and Tailoring Machine.

The peoples senator, Distinguished Senator Yakubu Oseni brought succor to women and youth of Adavi LG by the establishment of Skill Acquisition Centre, situated opposite Adavi LG Secretariat, Ogaminana where hundreds of beneficiaries will be trained and empowered in various skills like hair dressing, tailoring, vulcanizing, carpentry etc.

ICT HUB (Community Centre): This ICT Hub was built and equipped for the benefit of the school and the community. It is also equipped with 45 sets of computers, industrial fans, Air conditions Router and dish, Solar panel and generator for power supply. This is located at Ebira Community Secondary School, Ogaminana

The e-learning centres are equipped with the followings: 20 sets of desktop Computers, 20 seats modern work station, 2 industrial fans, 4.5 KVA key starter generator, 1 set of projector, 1 industrial photocopy machine, 1 Pinter and 1 scanner, 2 1.5-horsepower Split Air condition, Installation of Solar panel with 8 giant batteries and A set of Router and dish for provision of network. The e-learning centre is located in:

a. Community Secondary School, Kuroko

b. Rahul-Islam College of Arabic and Islamic Studies Adavi-Eba

Construction of a block of 2classrooms with fully equipped modern study aid at CSS, Kuroko, Adavi LGA

Renovation of a block of 2classrooms at LGEA Primary School, Enyidudud, Adavi LGA

The 300m Alphat road with Drainage at Karaworo Community, in Adavi which was neglected for decades. This became serious concern for the community who saw it as a near impossible for any representative nor individuals to fix. This intervention by the peoples senator comes as a great relief.

Following the campaign to curb open defecation in both urban and rural communities, Senator Yakubu Oseni made it a priority to provide public a Block of 2 Toilets & Bathroom at Enyidudu Community, Adavi LGA to arrest the menace.

Supply and installation of 33kv/0.415 volt distribution transformer at Apamsede Village, Adavi LGA.

4. Okuhago (by Kabba Junction) to halt the age-long quest for access to potable water supply.
