Having a bitter taste in the mouth can be as a result of lots of things for e.g, it can be as a result of a wide range of medical conditions, malaria and also eating or chewing of bitter things like bitter kola or bitter leaf.

After recovering from a certain illness, you tend to develop a bitter tongue due to the medication you were taking. In some cases our body system is trying so hard to fight the micro bacterias in the body, and in the process this end up affecting our taste seriously, and we tend to loose appetite at all cost.

Here Are Some Procedure To Help You Regain Back Your Taste

1. Eat different types of proteineous food that will help you recover your taste. Some of these food are; eggs, lean pork, lean beef, and also vegetables.

2. Eat food rich in zinc like okra, broccoli, oatmeal, oysters etc.

3. Ensure you take enough fruit, possibly morning, afternoon and night. It helps boasten up one’s appetite for food, and most doctors always advise an individual should always take fruit. Some of this fruits are; paw-paw, pineapple, lemons, bananas etc.
