The guy is right, if you increase the production of Crude oil then technically petrol availability should be increased too to avoid scarcity because it is exported to those buyers who can refined and imported back to the country.

does not work that way. The scarcity now is artificial, the marketers are trying to get nnpc to increase prices. The refineries supplying fuel dont buy from Nigeria alone.
