Please help.
I plan to start my building in Northern Foreshore within 2 months.
I plan a 5 bedroom all en suite with 2 living rooms (Main down & small up)
My challenge now is how to strike the balance between high quality and cost control.
I don't know much about building material costs and who to trust to deliver a good job.
Please help.

Please what I am looking at is;

An all en suite 5 bedroom duplex with 2 parlors (Big downstairs & small upstairs)
Stainless Steel & glass staircase & balconies (1 for the small parlor and another for masters bedroom upstairs)
2 Stainless steel & glass external doors to kitchen & Main entry.
Main entry should have a small area containing the toilet before the parlor.
The dining should be half shielded from the parlor and can lead to staircase without getting back through the parlor.
4 rooms upstairs and 1 visitor's room downstairs.
I am still open to suggestions for finishing and other fine details.
What I have detailed above is the basic architectural configuration.

I am trying to strike a balance between quality of finishing and budget.
Please no need for to much detailed work. Just basic and quotes.
I plan to start by 2 to 3 months and build over a year.
I will be available by November to take a look at your existing examples (houses you built)
