Lagos is NOT Amsterdam where bike lanes make it easy to cover the entire city on a bicycle.

Lagos is a place where motorists run over pedestrians and bicycle riders purely for sport.

If you ride a bicycle in Lagos, you WILL see someone get run over, or get run over yourself. It is only a matter of time.

I do not believe jogging or cycling is advisable in the Nigeria. If you compulsorily need the exercise, get a treadmill or indoor cycling bike. Or better still, Go to free zones where you have all the space to cover cyclic miles.

That road has cameras. Private residences along the route have cameras. All they need is get the color and make of the car from eyewitnesses.
The cameras at various junctions will supply the number plate. Run it at VIO office and FRSC database, details of the owner will show.
