CUSTOMER CARE AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

A firm is recruiting for a Customer Support & Admin staff based in Lagos for its Lagos office operation, for a full time vacancy.

FUNCTIONS

This role will be key to the sales operation and focused on supporting all activities including customer service, CRM, Sales Proposals.

Main role is to service and support customers by solving their queries/issues within a certain period of time via our dashboard.

They will be expected to understand the target audience and to reach this group through vibrant and systematic communications.

This opportunity suits an organised individual with drive, ambition and values teamwork. Good communication and listening skills are imperative along with a can-do attitude towards service & sales.

A good working knowledge of the e-commerce and logistics market is desired, along with office management and IT skills. This opportunity has a natural career progression into specification sales and/or business development management.

This opportunity is a dynamic role within the business with a current split of scope being
50% Sales and 50% customer care & Office Coordination.

Ability to work under pressure, under own initiative, and to tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Update customers tracking via dashboard
Responding to customers via our dashboard.
Investigation of issues to find solutions
Work with operations to process cargos and good customer experience
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence by responding to enquiry
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Control WhatsApp service groups and direct clients accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Independent learning skills.
Maintains a working knowledge of principles of customer service
As our our office is in Ikeja, Candidates within Lagos state and environs are preferred
Minimum qualification: Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be familiar with online shopping and brands.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Canva (minimum)
