I wonder why jobs being posted in Nigerian website don't attach salary ranges along with Job description and titles, unlike how its obtainable in other countries.

For instance: Canada/USA

1. Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)- $40/Hr. This helps in knowing if its OK to apply.

But in Nigeria, all job sites. We just see job titles and 100 pointed responsibilities.

We need something like this....

Mechanical engineer: (Design)- #300,000 per month etc.

So why are Nigerian employers not utilising this? It will also help on reducing many unwanted and unqualified CVs for HR clowns to analyse

That's because the average Nigerian is never straight forward!
