The Assistant Inspector-General of Police in-charge of Zone 13 headquarters, Ukpo, AIG Abutu Yaro, on Monday ordered the Commissioners of Police within the Zone, comprising Anambra and Enugu States, to enhance visibility patrol within their area of responsibilities.
