This man should better be careful if he doesn't want to go the Gaddafi way or treatment.
Moreover, the francophone countries would be used to sabotage the program.
Eco has been on hold since year 2000 when Nigeria proposed the west Africa countries using single currency but guess what? The francophone countries kept dragging their feet why France proposed managing the currency for the west African countries if we want it to fly since they are the one managing the francophone countries currencies and will lose out or be hedged out if "Eco" comes to stay

🇾🇪🇮🇷⚡️Yemen’s Armed Forces have obtained Iranian expertise to produce anti-ship ballistic missiles, according to a 29 May report by Iran’s semi-official Tasnim news agency.

“Iran’s technical know-how to produce such anti-ship missiles is now at the disposal of the Yemeni military forces,” Tasnim said.

Tehran’s first locally manufactured anti-ship ballistic missile, the Qadr missile, was developed over ten years ago by late Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander Brigadier General Hassan Tehrani-Moqaddam.

According to Tasnim, Yemen’s Muhit missile – revealed in a military parade in the capital, Sanaa, in September last year – is directly modeled after the Iranian Qadr missile. The Muhit has a range of around 400 kilometers.

🇵🇸/🇮🇱🚨 A number of Palestinian officials have warned that ministers from the extreme right-wing government led by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are seeking to replicate the massacres carried out in Gaza in the refugee camps of the West Bank

They believe these camps are at the heart of the conflict, which Israel aims to resolve militarily after failing to end the issue through long years of negotiations with the Palestinian side during the peace process.

Statistics from the Palestinian Ministry of Health indicate that the number of martyrs in the West Bank has reached 514 since October 7, including 127 from Jenin camp, with the highest numbers from Balata camp in Nablus and Nur Shams camp in Tulkarem.

⚡“I can’t imagine a war between Tolstoy’s country and Balzac’s country” - the former French president expressed serious concerns about sending the French military to Ukraine.

In an interview with Le Figaro, Nicolas Sarkozy spoke of the need to establish a dialogue with Moscow, including the creation of conditions for peaceful relations between the Russian Federation and its neighbors.

He called the attempt to explain the Ukrainian conflict one-sidedly and narrowly a mistake and recalled that millions of Russian speakers live in Ukraine.

Hamas will blow it up again and again if they try to set it up again.
Even local docks built by local villagers at Lembe waterside, Oyorokoto fishing port at Andoni and many others that cost probably less than 2m naira to build with logs and timbers by villagers are still standing up till date and strong not to talk about companies with vast experience in dock building and with vast budget.
And for the records, many of these local docks are open to sea just like the Gaza dock.
Malabo fishing port is open directly to sea, Oron fishing port also etc.
A floating dock is even easier to manage.
You ballast it when ships are coming to align with the shore side or ship side and deballast accordingly later

⚡Emmanuel Macron has personally persuaded Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to lift sanctions on Airbus over Russian titanium. This is reported by Reuters, citing sources.

The sanctions discussion took place by phone on 29 March. According to the agency's source, several other governments have approached Canada with a similar request.

Ottawa held out for a while, but eventually granted exemptions to Airbus and other companies.

"It was not easy to get the sanctions lifted. I think if the French government hadn't regularly raised [the issue] at this level, we would have been pretty tough," a Canadian source told the agency.

The situation with Russian titanium shows how some sanctions can hurt the industries of the countries that impose them, the publication said.

Many Western businesses that promised to exit Russia after the Ukraine invasion of 2022 have reportedly shelved those plans.
While more than 380 Western firms have abandoned their Russian operations, around 2,000 of them are yet to do so. Russia's strict measures like exit taxes and discounts on asset sales have forced Western firms to rethink their decision.
This U-turn also raises questions about the effectiveness of Western sanctions. Though Russia is said to be under 14,000 sanctions, its economy is poised to outperform the US, France, Germany and Britain.
How has Putin managed to achieve this?
One of the reasons was existed tax the Russian government imposed on foreign companies, which meant any companies would lose more than 40% of their money in the existing Russian market.

China and India buying massive Russian oil in the local currency
Russia and China trade have been done by using local currency
The sanctions on Russia are done by a few countries and Russia is sitting on one of the world's largest resources.
Even those who sanctioned Russia at the beginning now go back to Russia because of Russia's resources.

Putin has been planning all these things since 2014 and has drawn up plans A- D while the Sanctioners only have one plan from the beginning.

⚡Oil giant Saudi Aramco said on Thursday it plans to sell 1.545 billion shares worth more than $10 billion, one of the biggest such offerings in recent years.

In a statement posted to the Saudi stock exchange, Aramco announced a “secondary public offering of 1.545 billion shares”, with an expected price range between 26.70 and 29 Saudi riyals ($7 to $7.70).

The sale on the local bourse, which represents approximately 0.64 percent of the company’s issued shares, will commence on Sunday, Aramco said.

It is the firm’s second listing after an initial public offering in December 2019 that raised $25.6 billion, the biggest flotation in history.

Saudi Arabia is the world’s largest crude oil exporter and, before the announcement on Thursday, the government owned about 82 percent of its shares.
