they can't, the west knows what's it's doing they are not 100% stupid, maybe 50%.
There's a reason they haven't send long-range weapons yet, the goal is not for Ukraine to win which they know it can't but to weaken russia make them use alot of their weapons. Funniest this is that Europe is now getting weaker instead of Russia.

News of the "grain deal".

Reni sea trade port, the largest Ukrainian port on the Danube, was attacked.
Reni Commercial Sea Port is a port located on the left bank of the Danube River which is just less than few kilometres from Romania border.
It is an important transport hub of Ukraine, in which the work of river, sea, road and rail transport is closely intertwined.
Yesterday it was considered as an alternative to Odessa and was planned to be used for the export of grain, but something went wrong.

Medvedev have suggested Russia military to hit every corner of Ukraine.
