You seem to forget that American best scientists and those who built these weapons where not true Americans, since the u.s start using only American citizens to build their top secret weapons because of national security, there have been a down trend on the capability to improve these weapons.
Read about Operation paperclip when the u.s brought German scientists to her soil after WW2.

One thing American does that works for them is to buy brains from any part of the world, import them and use them to develop themselves.
But a typical and natural American is very lazy only few escape this.
Little wonder why they shift all manufacturing hub to China and india? Because of the laziness of their citizens.

Israel can learn a whole lot from Russia and not act based on emotions because to be honest putin endured a lot to the extent a lot of his supporters (me included) started calling him weak. But baba knew what he was doing. Ukraine crossed all the red lines of Russia to the extent of launching a drone on Kremlin, but putin still played the long game and continue to drag NATO resources.
