Then Tinubu is a clear winner. I dont know where the re-run is coming from. Tinubu definitely have the numbers in each state projected to him.

Obi is surely not even contesting even with the 9 states. Definitely the 5 states in South-east given to him are inconsequential. All together , i dont think the 5 South-eastern states can produce 3 million voters return to LP.

It will be 50%, 35% ,15%. APC,PDP, LP respectively. Going by this chart.

If you add bayelsa, delta and even get a chance to pick another two additional South-south states of your choice to add to Obi's... To make him have 14 or so.

It wont still get him a victory. Politics is a game of numbers. PO having all the whole eastern-states in his bag amounts to little to nothing. It is inconsequential. South-east dont have the numbers. And to add to that, their voters turnout are always low.

So PO having the whole of South-east cant match the number of vote returns from just four Northern states. That is the disadvantage.

As it stands in the chart. Tinubu is clear. The states projected to him has the registered voters number and an expected positive voters turnout to his favour.
