The cd-rom isnt working and i have tried using flash drive but it didnt work too. Is there anyother means of installing a new operating system on the laptop. Thx. |

a flash drive does sure work, download windows USB creator online, and it will make ur flash drive bootable, but note you have to change the boot order of your system and make you u allow USB, U can press F2 or F12 depending on ur system to change it, after then, you are good to go, give it a try and get back to me |
