We blame politicians for lack of leadership but some of us abandon our kids to a nanny while partying, frolicking or enjoying the sexual immorality. We blame our leaders for dishonesty yet some of us will tell a lady heaven and earth just to get into her pants and some ladies will say yes to 10 men at the same time. We blame church leaders for not caring about the poor but when a lady asks for help from some of us we ask her to get in bed first. We blame God for evil in Nigeria but we pretend like we are not the very evil we are blaming God for.

Nigeria deserves its woes. During Obasanjo regime people were lamenting about how the pump price of 40 naira per litre was crushing the poor. GEJ got there and the pump price jumped to 120 naira after removing part of the subsidy. GEJ claimed the subsidy funds were used for among other things youth employment through YouWin. Whereas the money was squandered by fellow Nigerians. Today the pump price of fuel is over 200 naira. I can imagine how many poor people have died, committed suicide or went into a life of crime full time to survive and take revenge on a society that is fast sliding into a hellscape.

Nigerians are the punishment of Nigeria. Until we repent of the evil we commit on a daily basis, we will continue to be the Nemesis of this country.
