If you are in Lagos or anywhere that has reached capacity, you can opt in for the Business plan, which is essentially a residential plan with the first 40GB as priority data. It costs 50k though.

Did you ask them, how come it was available for you to subscribe for, when, according to them, it has reached capacity at your service address? Because, normally, you shouldn't be able to subscribe to a plan that has reached capacity at your service address.

They should provide a solution for you as this error is from their end. Or did you subscribe using a different service address?

I mistakenly selected the wrong location during my subscription, which is why I was able to subscribe to a service but wasn't able to use it afterward. Once I selected the correct location where the starlink is mounted , The Service has reaced its capacity .

Although tried switching to other areas, especially residential areas rather than office environments in Lagos, and I realized it would connect. They informed me that the only service plan that would work in my location is the Mobile Priority-50GB plan. I later subscribed to it, and it’s working fine now.

But they did not touch it the next message I got , was “ There was an error while attempting to resume your service”. Pls guys how do I reactivate , I was told I have till September 24 before my service plan will end . The money is in my kuda account for a week plus now , I wonder why they did not deduct it since and now it’s seem they are meant on disconnecting me . I am also curious, this is for everyone, if my subscription ends on 1st Oct, and I didn't credit my account until 7th but I am still using the service, when I eventually credit the account, will the new subscription start on 7th or the 6th days will be subtracted from the 30 days?

Next time after funding the account, don't wait for them to deduct. Go to you account and retry payment so you are deducted immediately. If you are placed out of service in an area like Lagos, your slot maybe given to someone else and you might have to be forced to move to mobile plan.

Thanks bro , I swear, it is worth every penny . And the fact that, they can even give you up to three or four months grace , if things are rough for you to source for funds , it’s a no brainner 😊😊😊

Actually, at the bottom of the invoice, it is said to be about a month before service is suspended if payment has not been made.
