1. Revenue Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

The primary role of the revenue Officer is to maximize the businesses’ opportunity for revenue and profit.
Areas of focus for this role would be developing and operationalizing revenue initiatives, competitive benchmarking of our products through pricing initiatives and effective engaging of clients (corporate and high net worth individuals).
This individual will closely partner with TCG’s Product team on pricing benchmark and Sales team on revenue initiatives to execute and achieve overall business growth target/objective.
Duties and Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through competitive benchmarking, pricing initiatives as well as the client relationship and promotions
Create and maintain relationship with clients by also offering to client’s products that satisfy additional and complementary needs (cross-sell and up-sell)
Develop promotional framework that drives revenue growth ensuring alignment with business objectives
Carry out competitive analysis of our products and benchmark across going market rate
Develop and operationalize the revenue strategies for multiple markets, customer segments, and business units
Develop, enhance and maintain TCG’s revenue management initiatives
Partner with the marketing, client engagement teams and sales to drive revenue growth strategy
Determine monthly revenue forecast and identify revenue opportunities
Develop revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards
Assist with the Annual Marketing Plan relative to Revenue Generation and Strategy. Monitor and update action plan’s objectives relative to business defined strategy and annual topline revenue goals
Communicate revenue driving initiatives and recommendations to business leaders and decision makers
Qualifications / Recruitments

A Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, and any other related field
Experience is not expected but it’ll be an advantage if the candidate has exposure in:
Monetization strategies in the financial service industry
Engaging and managing high net worth clients
Designing and operationalizing promotional concepts
Breaking down complex channel data using various business frameworks and creating optimal strategies for our business
Working with data analysis to achieve meaningful revenue insights

2. Telesales Executive

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive is solely responsible for outbound calls to clients either assigned or personally acquired aiming at surpassing given sales target and to ensure proper documentation of all calls and sales delivery.
Major Responsibilities

Promote and sell company Asset Creation (Loans/Lease) products to both individuals and corporates via telephones; cold calls.

3. Accountant

Location: Akure, Ondo

Description

Apply operational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Tracks and analyses OPEX and CAPEX expenditures;
Matching Purchase orders with invoices and Quality check for Tax invoices.
Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally, escalating any unknown issues appropriately.
Work cooperatively with the All units to meet operational and team objectives.
Prepare payment batches as required to meet determined payment terms.
Prepare supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure completeness and integrity of payment batches.
Posting of all payment Invoices and purchase orders into the Accounting Software.
Monthly closing of payable account heads and tracking of aged payables
External audit – preparation of supporting documentation to the annual financial reports and liaison with audit staff.
Tax computations (VAT, WHT and PAYE) and timely remittance.
Requirements

ACA or ACCA.
3+ years experience in a large volume accounts payable team.
Sage 300 experience or comparable finance system.
Experience with complex Accounts Payable issues.
Computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent Financial reporting skills.
Excellent manager of time and resources.
Good written and verbal communication.
Candidate should be resident in Abeokuta.

4. Resident Registered Nurse / Midwife / Assistant Matron

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

The Assistant Matron (AM) role exists to assist in supervising nursing staff assigned to departments and wards on a day to day basis.
The Assistant Matron is required to stay within the facility
The AM is responsible for scheduling staff, managing assigned patients as well as tracking admissions and discharges.
She will resolve patient care issues whilst collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department.
