Nbc Bans Dbanj's "oliver Twist" Song


The Nigerian Broadcasting Cooperation bans Dbanj's "Oliver Twist" song.
Reports reaching me indicates that D'banj's new viral hit song "Oliver Twist" has been banned by the NBC on grounds of using "Lewd Lyrics".

NBC has effectively issued a circular round all media houses to stop playing the song on radio or TV stations with immediate effect.

It will be recalled that Dbanj made mention of, Omotola's Jalade buttocks in his new song: "I like Omotola, her y*nsh is bigger".
As for me, i do not thinks its fair because there are other artistes that use explicit lyrics in their songs and and they have never been penalized for it.

An entertainer of his status shouldn't be singing dounce! Its really so weird to see that creativity and talent has disappeared  from our artists of this  days. The non popular or new artist can do such things and get away with it but not an artist of his caliber.

Well NBC is just doing its job. Bigiano's Shayo was also banned and several other songs with cool hooks.

Hope this ban won't turn out to be a promo in disguise as was the case of a certain fuji act, SAINT JANET, whose song was banned by Lagos State House of Assembly.

The lyrics didn't mention omotola's yansh,it says he likes nicki(micki minaj)cuz her yansh is bigger and he also mentioned genevive's name 2.
