Waoh...The hustle for forex by this British government is real.Looking deeply, they took our forefathers that are talented as slaves to build their country not the ones that are talentless. This is just another era of slave trade but in this case, they are not paying the slaves before being shipped to their country, rather it's the slaves that are paying the Europeans.Africa is on a long thing.

Predatory capitalism fleecing Nigerians of hard earned forex. sad

As you stated, our leaders have a lot to answer for.

When you guys keep electing the likes of Buhari and campaigning for court jesters like Tinubu. Look at the caliber of criminals being elected as legislators.
The west is taking advantage of the failure to utilize our human resources and they are fleecing us.

UK oooo... From Doctors to engineers to health professionals to teachers, now you want to catch them young again...

It's even like during the slave trade era,it was our farmers, artisans, blacksmith etc that they bought as slaves to build their country. These European thrive on brain drain, slavery, colonialism etc.I know they won't buy the slaves that won't be useful to their economy.

Hunt for Talented students or rather hunt for Pounds from Nigerian students to pay UK lecturers that earlier went on strike?

They've not been making lots of money lately and they all know that Nigerians are capable of giving them more money.

Write up like this take me back in time when parents sent their kids from UK to attend schools in Nigeria. As a kid I used to wonder what those Irish, Pakistan, India etc teachers were missing in their country to teach in Nigeria
Re: UK Boarding Schools Storm Nigeria In January by UNDFTD: 6:27pm On Dec 22, 2022
This is exactly why the evil British government is against the disintegration of its corrupt and failed business venture called Nigeria. They want to always have a constant supply of slave laborers. The brain drain continues. And the most annoying part is that the poorest of the poor who can NOT even afford to eat a balanced meal a day are the ones on this platform touting how great the useless and corrupt country is. What a shame and a disgrace these folks are!

Despite all the interest and concerns, they still let you know your place, by allowing little breed of racism to keep blacks in check and balance; that they ain't superior to the whites.

What a irony!

Absolutely right!

But the positive thing is that we will be better for it a 100 years from now - both abroad and at home.

We would not only have the knowledge and experience to make home better but also dominate their society - India’s experience is replete here.

UK brexit strategy is to fleece Nigerians.

In many UK universities, Nigerians make up to 80% of some departments.

When you realize that the UK has possibly the most expensive education in Europe, the level of capital flight from Nigeria become even more saddening.

They are packing away our dollars with Ghana must go bags.

Without us, many of those Universities will close shop. Only a few can sustain themselves without our money.

They're coming for second colonisation. One of the worst things to do is send a young child abroad without any supervision.

I wouldn't be surprised if their true agenda ranges from looking for young impressionable minds to accept LGBT and other such abominable nonsense.
parents better be wise

A secondary school child is too young to go and live in a faraway country.....this is not wise......by the time the child returns with a strange culture that is alien to core family values that is when parents eyes will open

Las las, Africa will always be on the losing side. Imagine only one intelligent guy as a classmate and these people would just come and take them away.

Suddenly, Africa has become a place that the Whites come to hunt for intellectuals to go and turn them to slaves in their country in the name of offering them employment opportunities.

So sad.

In the nearest future, our country would be filled with quacks in all industries.
