It's daily evident to me that all Nigeria states should put up taxes like Lagos. Tax the people, rich or poor, in order to invest in State infrastructure. Clear the streets of shanty structures, enforce okada bans, crush the illegal vehicles, tame the sprawling markets regardless of how the people cry and shout "Elite Oppression!" or "inhumanity!" because when Nigerians travel abroad, they unreservedly love the Order they meet there regardless of the inhumanity and human rights abuses and violations on whose foundation those Order was brought about.
