Why is federal and state governments, military and police pretending as if nothing happened in Southern Kaduna?

Whenever Unknown Gunmen attack in South-East, it use to take Nigeria police less than twelve hours to conduct their investigation and indict IPOB. But whenever terrorists commit genocide against Christians in Northern NIGERIA, the police will automatically turn to ghost mode.
