Jesus Christ's statement in verse 34 clearly indicates that He, Jesus Christ, was speaking there of a Law that did not apply to those who were of the Kingdom of God, but to those who were instead of the Old Law of Moses, which is where the Shema is found.

Oh, you thought I meant that Jesus Christ did not believe in the Shema? Jesus Christ was a Jew who lived His life, like every other Jew to fulfill God's Old Law of Moses. I simply pointed out to you that Jesus Christ's quoting of the two greatest commandments was in reference to God's Old Law as indicated in the context and not to those who are of the Kingdom of God.

Anyways, so tell me about the true God whom you worship. How did he arrive at telling you that the only law you are to follow is tithing, firs fruit, and offerings, which is, in scripture, prescribed only for the Israelites living in the Land of Canaan?
