America has not banned TikTok. The house of rep simply issued an order that its staff and lawmakers do not use TikTok on their phones issued to them by the House.

They can of course use it on their private phones.

The funny thing is that tiktok doesn't allow nudity on the app so I don't know where you're getting this one from. Even some words and content containing blood isn't allowed, they usually take down videos containing such. Unless you're using a special type of tiktok.
