Who Pays The Salary Of The Nigerian Police Force. FG Or State Govt? by DaveHarry(m): 6:59pm On Dec 28, 2022
I was listening to the radio this evening where a caller said the state pays the salaries of police officers. That for example someone from Delta will be paid by the Delta state government even if they were to be transferred to another state to serve. But on the other hand, another caller called to say it's a lie that the states pay the police force, that the federal government is solely responsible for payment of police salaries. Even the supposed 20% increments announced by the FG since last year has not even be implemented yet. So just to be sure, I really want to know, who pays the salaries of the Nigerian police force?
