Renowned writer, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie was today, 30th December 2022 bestowed the honorary Chieftaincy title of "Odeluwa" by HRH Igwe Leonard Eze, the traditional ruler of her Hometown, Abba, in Njikoka Local Government of Anambra State.

While conferring the title to her, Igwe Leonard Eze, the paramount ruler of Abba Kingdom who is also the CEO of God Bless Ezenwata Motors Limited, called Chimamanda "nkwa chukwu kwere obodo Abba" (answered prayer of Abba people)

Flanked by her husband, the author of multiple award winning book, Half of a Yellow Sun, beamed with smile as she showed her award.
