The price to reach me is not the problem... Buses Moving from osun state to ABIDJAN are cheaper and safer to move SUCH item...I just want to be sure if I can get that spec and the price

With all you've just listed above (the specs), just budget at least 600k if it's a dedicated laptop and atlest 300k if it's a laptop without dedicated graphics. The SSD and RAM can always be modified.

And if I may ask, how would you verify or inspect if the laptop is in good working shape before you buy? Do you have a trusted person in Nigeria? . Don't let them sell crap to you or worse run away with your money without delivering the laptop.

If I were you, I'd come down to Nigeria to get the laptop myself so as to avoid stories that touch.
