I had some typos in my initial post I will modify it.

For NQ, I mostly trade after 10am Ny time.

Parameters I look out for.
-D1, h4 and h1 sms (Bullish/Bearish) prior to 9:30 equities open i.e 2:30 Nigerian time.
- The sms should align with the weekly trend and you should know where you are in price if structure has shifted.
- Some times 9:30-10AM will be a retracement after a sms or run stops to go the opposite direction.

For Currency, I trade only AU and I put a Vertical line on 8AM and repeat point 1 above prior to 8AM.

I hope this helps, I try to keep it as simple as possible.

If I follow the plan I write the procedures I took and if I don’t I write down the rule I broke.

I also write down my Entry, SL, TP and lot size used.

Yes you can break tru. But the probability of doing that is 0.05.
Its just like in any other aspect of life.
You have not put in the appropriate work.

Don't overleverage the account.

Weekends are great for resetting. Review nd plan. Don't hate weekends as a trader. Only impatient traders hate weekends. You can not be profitable if you are not patient.
