A dead link (let alone a link) is not a reliable source. No one else is reporting this. Propaganda most likely,

maybe, but very few places reported it when the united states did actually damage ruins in iraq during the war with their tanks.

BTW, just because something is reported in multiple sources does not make it NOT propaganda.

The rebels were screaming that Ghaddafi was using African mercenaries but yet no evidence has been found of that, and yet that claim is still being reported in the media.
