The British Sky News network also confirms the Times' report.
The attack is expected to be launched tonight after the final approval of British Prime Minister Rishi Sonak who informed the cabinet ministers of the decision.

The president of the United States, is expected to announce tonight on military strikes against Houthi targets in Yemen.

The attacks are expected soon, with a series of carefully guarded statements from the US, UK and other international allies.

18 Filipinos and 1 Greek citizen are held hostage after the regime in Iran hijacked the Greek-operated oil tanker MV St Nikolas near Oman and the Hormuz Strait.

Initial reports of attacks in Sana'a by the US and Britain. Channels close to Iran's Revolutionary Guards gave a reminder:

"Iran, Syria, the Islamic resistance in Iraq and Hezbollah in Lebanon have warned in the past that they will respond to American attacks against Yemen."

We assure you that the war between us and those who attacked us will not stop, and we will continue to target its battleships, merchant ships, bases and interests, and the war between us may last for years, regardless of the casualties.

The Americans and the British should consider their previous aggression led by the Saudi regime against Yemen, which they planned for only weeks and months.

If the Houthis link Saudi Arabia to the expected attack it is going to be particularly bad.

US President Joe Biden

We, in cooperation with Great Britain and with the support of Australia, Bahrain, Canada and the Netherlands, have successfully carried out attacks against several targets in Yemen.

The targets attacked are what the Houthis used to jeopardize freedom of navigation.

All the missiles launched by the Houthis were intercepted by the Americans or fell into the sea.

No casualties or damage to the coalition.
